From Humble Beginnings To Boundless Horizons
Built on the success of a family-run coffee manufacturing business, the Goh brothers expanded into real estate, laying the foundation for their presence in southern Malaysia’s development landscape.
2002-2003
Breaking New Ground, Building New Dreams
Our journey began with 286 homes in Taman Pelangi, followed by 37 shop offices in Taman Fajar Jaya a year later, setting the stage for future growth.
2005-2008
Exceeding Expectations, Foundations Of Trust
2005: Launched Taman Cahaya Pelangi
– 170 residential units.
2006: Delivered 734 units in Taman Pelangi, the first large project.
2007: Introduced high-end Taman Suria Mas (25 luxury homes) and completed Taman Pelangi Phase 2 (564 units).
2008: Launched Taman Tropika
– 86 homes.

Spanning 162 acres, Taman Kluang Indah marked Kluang’s first gated and guarded community with 1,484 units, fully sold out before 2016.
